Rift

A broad, shallow stoneware bowl built around a deliberately uneven rim and a heavily worked outer surface. The exterior remains rough and earth-toned, while the interior is covered by a pale glossy glaze crossed by smoky grey and charcoal movement. The contrast is strongest at the rim, where glaze, exposed clay and irregular thickness meet without being visually resolved into a clean edge.

Fired to 1250°C.
