Shipping & Delivery

Each ceramic work is packed individually for transport.

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown before checkout. If a destination is not offered at checkout, we do not currently offer standard online delivery there.

Destinations and methods

Online orders may ship to destinations enabled at checkout, subject to the methods available for your address, including local pickup on Rhodes, Greece options such as BoxNow where offered, and courier rates for the EU, United Kingdom and other destinations as shown before you place the order.

Exact charges depend on destination, method and cart contents and are confirmed before you place the order.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment is confirmed and according to studio packing capacity. Any timing shown at checkout or in order correspondence prevails for that order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery windows are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been contractually agreed.

Where EU consumer law requires delivery within a particular default period in the absence of another agreement, that right is preserved.

Tracking

Tracking is supplied when the selected shipping service provides it. Local pickup and some locker or local options may not include parcel tracking in the same way as courier services.

Fragile objects

Ceramics are packed for the realities of parcel transport, not for presentation alone.

If damage occurs in transit, follow the process on Returns & Withdrawal.

Risk

For consumer deliveries, risk passes in accordance with applicable consumer law, generally when the customer or a third party nominated by the customer takes physical possession of the goods.

Customs

For destinations outside the European Union, import duties, taxes or clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. Those charges, if any, are set by customs authorities and carriers and are not collected by Oktana unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Local collection

Local pickup on Rhodes is offered where shown at checkout. Collection is from the studio address listed on Contact.
